     Menų:

            - First dishes:            hand made filled pasta (cappelletti, tortelli), hand made pasta (tagliatelle), lasagne.
            - Adding Sauces:       ragu' with meat of pork, wildpig, deer, hare, mushrooms.
            - Second dishes:      wildpig, deer, hare, rabbit, pork, baby pig, lamb, sheep, sausage.
            - Other garnish:         grilled vegetables, crouton, piadina, fresh cheese, ham, dessert.

    Menų could change because of season availability, and obviously... we have some Artusi's particular dish.
    Pellegrino Artusi (1820-1911) was a very celebrated italian cook,
    he wrote the first professional cooking book of the kitchen history.
